The list of courses we are currently actively looking for people to host can be found below or by click here to see the list. 

To start the process of hosting a course we would ask that you download and read our 'Introduction to Course Hosting' by clicking on the relevant link below. The file is a pdf, if you do not have a pdf reader please download one from http://www.adobe.com/. This introduction answers most of the initial questions people have when considering hosting a course.

Once you have done that, the next stage is to let us know a little about yourself, your department and which course/s you wish to host via our online survey. Before filling in the survey you might like to look at it first, when you go to complete it, we would ask that you have the following information available:

 

  1. Which courses you are interested in hosting?
  2. When you would be interested in hosting them?
  3. Which days you'd like to / or could host courses on?
  4. Have any similar courses run locally and when this was?
  5. Where the course would be held, the dimensions the room / gym, how many chairs and plinths you have access to and how many of both would comfortably fit together in the room / gym area?
  6. The type and availability of local parking.
  7. The public transport that serves the venue.
  8. What facilities are available for participants to buy lunch?
  9. The type of AV equipment you have available incl laptop, data projector, screen, flipchart and extension lead,

What happens then.

You will then hear back from us within 10 days. Pending further clarification, if necessary, we will be able to offer you dates for some  all or none of your selected courses. We will let you know any reasons underpinning our response and we can then go from there.
