Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions so that you fully understand what is required of you and what you can expect from us (PhysioUK). By booking a course with us you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions about these terms please do not hesitate to contact us.
Booking - The full course fee is due at the time of booking. If you are applying for funding the course fee will need to be paid at the time of booking and this will be refund when paid by your trust / employer. All payments must be made in pounds sterling. A contract will exist as soon as we issue your course confirmation email. A certificate of attendance will be issued once you complete the course AND course fees are paid in full.
Price - Prices quoted on the website are per person incl VAT and are quoted in pounds sterling. Prices do not include travel to and from the course, accommodation or lunch unless otherwise stated. It must be assumed that all payments received will be debited from your account within 5 working days. PhysioUK will not be held responsible for returned cheques due to insufficient funds being available in your account. A £15 admin fee is due for any cheques returned by your bank as unpaid.
Cancellation by you - If you need to cancel your course for any reason and it is less than 6 weeks before the start of the course we HIGHLY recommend you try to find someone to take your place. Should you wish to cancel your space on any course AND you find a replacement for your space we will simply charge you a £15 (incl VAT) administration. It is the responsibility of the participant to find a replacement NOT PhysioUK.
We will credit your account with the refund, less the administration fee, which you can then either use towards other events or, if you require a refund we will refund to the payment card used. The replacement participant will need to pay for the course in full themselves, we cannot transfer credit from your account to theirs. If no suitable replacement is offered by you, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the below charges will apply. Please note, the charges apply to all cancellations for whatever reason, including those due to medical, personal or family reasons.
If you need to cancel your place and have no replacement you need to do this via your PhysioUK account. If we receive a request to cancel we will direct you to your account to cancel. Simply sign in and click on 'Cancel Booking' for the relevant course. Cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fees or our standard admin fee**, which ever is the greater. Fees paid will be refunded less the following charges.

If possible we will try to accommodate people on future dates but this is at the discretion of PhysioUK and the tutor and is not guaranteed. If agreed, all changes will incur our standard administration charge of £15 (incl VAT) before the change is processed.
